ExactCrete is a subsidiary of Danchanko Inc. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing company from the ground up. ExactCrete is looking to hire a mechanic/driver for our Volumetric Concrete Truck that can load, drive, operate and work on the truck. The operator will be responsible for operating the truck that is used for delivering, mixing, and pouring on-demand, quality concrete. You would also be responsible for assisting with the loading process of sand and aggregate via a skid steer loader, filling the water tank, admixtures, etc. Primary focus is driving and delivery of concrete. However, during downtime, you would help with other tasks in the business, including mechanic work, machine operation and others. Pass random drug/alcohol testing.
Skills and Requirements:
Auto Mechanics Background, Valid Class B CDL (Class A Preferred), Air Brakes, 1 year experience with cement truck preferred, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, ensure proper pre- and post-trips are completed, identify issues with the truck/equipment. Commitment to performing quality work while putting safety first.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 5-10 years
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner. Good, positive attitude is a must.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
